1st Fight Welterweight
Koji Oishi VS Nick Diaz
Winner: Nick Diaz By: TKO 3:25 Round One
Oishi was too small and could not match Diaz' power or reach but made no attempts at a takedown. A left right combination finally finished the Pancrase fighter from Japan, forcing the referee to stop the assault.

2nd Fight Middleweight
David Loiseau VS Charles McCarthy
Winner: David Loiseau By: TKO 2:10 Round Two
Although McCarthy came out with an intelligent first round game plan taking it to the ground and controlling the Canadian's back, but the Crow was in his orbit and finished it as he started, from the air. It is rare to see such a beautiful display of spinning back heels and flying knees, not to mention his lethal elbows.

3rd Fight Middleweight
Nate Quarry VS Shonie Carter
Winner:Nate Quarry By: TKO 2:37 Round One
Shonie made a big ass entrance dressed in a bright red Neiru collared jacked with matching staff but couldnt Super Fly it Shaft style. Instead he got a cold reception from the Atlantic City Red Necks, who were mesmerized by the prescence of TUF boy Nate Quarry. Quarry had the size and the reach and finished a Shonie who was far too small for this weight class. Carter won my vote for entertainment and showmanship, this man is a battle scarred veteran and desrves more respect from the beer goggled fans.

4th Fight Heavyweight
Paul Buentello VS Kevin Jordan
Winner:Paul Buenatello By: Tap Out/Guilloteen 4:00 Round One
The Mexican boxer got stunned early by the quickness and aggressivity of Kevin Jordan. But Jordan could'nt keep thhe last minute e forward thrust of kicks and combinations and instead fell a victim to the heavier hitters perseverence. This fighters where gassed by the time last minute approached, and Jordan tapped after falling under Buenatello's single armed guilloteen. It seemed that gas has more to do with the tap rather than a tight choke.

5th Fight Light Heavyweight
Forrest Griffin VS Bill Mahood
Winner: Forrest Griffith By: Rear Naked Choke/Tap Out 2:30 of Round One
It does'nt take much to please the masses, and in a rather anti climactic encounter with The Butcher, Griffith took all the options he was given and won a boring victory that reminded me of my cats rolling around. Forrest may be a shark, but this time the fans only get tuna.

6th Fight Middleweight Championship
Evan Tanner VS Rich Franklin
Winner: Rich Franklin By: Doctor's stoppage 3:25 Round 4
Don't forget that the only man who Rich Franklin has lost to in MMA is against the Brazilian/Japanese sensation Lyoto Michado. Although Franklin controlled the stand up initially, Evan Tanner passed up his opportunity in minute four of round one to finish a Franklin stupified by a straight right. After franklin escaped an arm bar attempt, it was all his game from then on, as Tanner could not capitalize on the fleeting take down and looked like Jake LaMotta by the time the doctors wisely called it.

7th Fight Welterweight
Karo ParisyanVS Matt Serra
Winner: Karo Parisyan By: Decision 29-28, 30-27, 30-27
Sometimes when a fighter can't get the gigs at their normal weight, they look up and move up in order to conquer bigger and better things. Matt Serra almost upset the rise of The Heat early in the fight as he clocked Parisyan with a terrorizing right and then mounted his prey for an attempt at a striking finish. But despite an overwhelming start, Karo was able to squeeze by and regain his wits about him. Utilizing his larger frame and reach, he was able to eventually wear down the experienced Gracie Jiu Jitsu man utilizing elbows, after a back n forth grappling display full of tosses and reversals. This was a great stand up and grappling match and if they ever bring back the lightweights, Matt Serra is the man to beat.

8th Fight Interim Heavyweight Championship
Andrei Arlovski VS Justin Eilers
Winner: Andrei Arlovsky by TKO 4:10 Round 1
Arlovsky was very calm and intelligent slowly chopping
away at Eilers legs and heart. Only two minutes into
it, Eilers nose was already dribbling a thick red substance
and his legs eventually felt the stress of the inside
outside axes . As Arlovsky closed in on the finish Eilers
right knee called it a night and so did the referee.
